Volito announces sale of one B737-300 to Continental
VGS Aircraft Holding (Ireland) Limited has sold one (1) B737-300 to Continental Airlines. The aircraft, bearing Manufacturer’s Serial Number 23942 was built 1988.
VGS Aircraft Holding (Ireland) Limited is a company owned jointly by Volito Aviation AB and an affiliate of The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. Volito Aviation and Goldman Sachs have entered into an agreement to combine and grow their commercial jet aircraft portfolios. Volito Aviation Services AB and Volito Aviation Services Ireland Limited will act jointly as servicers of the combined portfolio.
