VGS Aircraft Holding (Ireland) Ltd., leases one B737-800 to Comair
VGS Aircraft Holding (Ireland) Limited has, through its wholly owned subsidiary, VGS Investment One Limited, placed one (1) Boeing B737-800 aircraft with Comair in South Africa. The aircraft, bearing Manufacturer’s Serial Number 28373 (YoM 1998), is leased to Comair until March 2013.
VGS Aircraft Holding (Ireland) Limited is a company owned jointly by Volito Aviation AB and an affiliate of The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. Volito Aviation and Goldman Sachs have entered into an agreement to combine and grow their commercial jet aircraft portfolios. Volito Aviation Services AB and Volito Aviation Services Ireland Limited act jointly as servicers of the combined portfolio.
